dips, tricepsNow, sometimes I like to put in my headset and hear some pump-up loud music and take the workout to the park. It’s good to shake up the muscles and the mind a bit.  The combination of some good old fashioned exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, etc. are a perfect way to give your muscles a little surprise.  Muscles need to be surprised now and then as they tend to grow accustomed to the same old routine.  Muscles are smart and remember a ritual fitness routine and when this happens the routing itself looses its effect.  Change is good.

Sticking to It

You are capable of anything you put your mind to.  Even after you start a fitness program, it might take weeks, maybe months before you see results.  It’s a matter of sticking to your goal and paying attention to the little growths along the way.  Little growths result in bigger results some day, so never give up!

Creating a fitness routine is so important.  You can start with simple exercises and just a few minutes and progress from there.  It doesn’t matter where you start, it matters that you start.  It doesn’t matter where you’re at, it matters where you’re going.  And it matters that you’re moving forward in the right direction.  So remember that baby steps are still steps.
